MARKETING LEAD/MANAGER
Santa Barbara Nutrients is seeking a Marketing Lead/Manager. This position involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing campaigns across various channels, and managing a team to ensure consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, and the ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.

- We focus on science-backed, safe products using patent-pending technology developed at the University of California, Santa Barbara
- We are a team of kidney researchers, patients, and like-minded individuals who are bringing to market formulations of safe, natural compounds, specifically designed to support kidney health
- Our first product is a medical food for the dietary management of chronic kidney disease, including the genetic form polycystic kidney disease
Job Responsibilities
- Plans, executes, and manages several different digital marketing components, such as email, SEO, analytics, and more
- Manages newsletters, blog posts and other customer communications
- Monitors and analyze web traffic metrics, customer insights and trends
- Creates strategies to organically grow mailing list
- Helps manage and create social media posts based on brand guidelines
- Plans, designs, creates, sends, and monitors results of email campaigns
- Develops lead nurturing and outreach strategies to increase sales and customer conversions
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong writing skills for content creation, newsletters, blog posts, etc.
- Social Media expertise: FB, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter
- Experience using Google Analytics and SEO
- Knowledge of polycystic kidney disease or chronic kidney disease is a plus

- Location: 100% remote. Must have a quiet workplace and computer with a fast and reliable internet connection
- Flexible schedule but must be available for team meetings: You will be a member of the marketing team
- Compensation will be dependent on experience and skill
